Please write your name, delivery address and order number on the package somewhere so we can locate your order in our database to contact you once it arrives back.
All full priced items (Australian orders) must be returned within 14 days of receiving the item. We offer an extended 21 days on all international orders. Please note sale items are final and are non-returnable so please choose carefully.
Please note, we do only offer store credits. However our store credits never expire and so there's never any rush to put the amount towards something you don't love.
Returned items are processed within 2-3 working days from us receiving your item/s. Once we receive your return, you will then be emailed with your store credit.
If you need help with sizing on a future order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we are always happy to help you out.
You’ll just need to cover the postage to send it back to us.
The items must:
- be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.
- no smell of ladies perfume/deodorant so please take due care when trying on your order.
Please note that we cannot offer exchanges/returns on SALE items, makeup or jewellery items.
Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer. BTBC staff reserve the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in a new condition.
Due to the popularity of our range we cannot guarantee that we will have a different size in stock to exchange. For this reason any returns will automatically be issued as a Store Credit that will allow you to choose a different item or the same item, provided it is available.
Please also note you can not use your store credit in conjunction with any other advertised offer on our website.
All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to customers to ensure a high level of quality in the garments you purchase from us.
In the instance a faulty item is received, we will offer our customer a refund on return postage and once we receive the item, we offer our customers a 120% store credit or a replacement item if we have one in stock.
If we do not have the same style and size available, we offer a refund for the item.
All item/s that are deemed faulty, need to be brought to our attention within the first week of receiving it/them.

Please note all accessories featured with the items we sell online are sold separately unless stated otherwise.
Please understand pre-order orders are nonrefundable. This is because most for pre-order styles online are made to order. If you no longer need the specific style, we are happy to change the item you have ordered to a different item or provide you with a store credit (that will not expire) to put towards something else at a later date.
