  • Strictly no returns
  • Some garments may have slight defects but all garments are still wearable. If you place an order with us, you are ordering at your own risk that the garment may be imperfect. Majority are not though. Some examples may include, but are not limited to - a missing hook and eye, small mark on the fabric etc. Some colours in our Natalia Dresses are missing a hook and eye. Please order at your own discretion that this may be the case.

NORMAL RETURNS

We understand buying online can be a little tricky sometimes. If you have purchased an item with a discount code, you can also return your order!  
Please email us at hello@borntobechic.com.au to begin this process. 
 

Please write your name, delivery address and order number on the package somewhere so we can locate your order in our database to contact you once it arrives back.

Australian orders must be returned within 14 days of receiving the item. We offer an extended 21 days on all international orders.

We will process your return in 3-5 business days. If you do not receive your gift card via email, please contact us or check your junk/spam folder. 

Please note, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing but we do offer gift cards for the value of the item/s. Our gift cards expire after 12 months of being issued.

Return Shipping is at the cost of the customer and is non-refundable.

The items must:

- be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.
- no smell of ladies perfume/deodorant so please take due care when trying on your order.

***BORN TO BE CHIC reserves the right to deny a return if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way or have any form of excessive hair, perfumes or scents on the fabric. These soiled or damaged items will be returned to sender. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund.

Due to the popularity of our range we cannot guarantee that we will have a different size in stock to exchange. For this reason any returns will automatically be issued as a gift card that will allow you to choose a different item or the same item, provided it is available.


FAULTY/INCORRECT ITEMS

If you were shipped the wrong order or a faulty item, firstly we are so sorry and we will be sure to rectify this issue immediately.

Please notify us by contacting our Customer Care team at hello@borntobechic.com.au and quoting you order number and fault or incorrect item. We will send you the correct item upon receipt of proof that you have sent back the wrong or faulty item.

We will cover your return shipping.

If you no longer want your original order, we can send you something else of your choice or process you a 120% store credit. If we do not have the original item you have ordered in stock, we will process you a refund. 

Please note any issues with your order need to be addressed within the first week of receiving your item. Anything outside of this timeframe, may not be accepted back.
