RETURNS POLICY

RETURNS & STORE CREDITS

All full priced items (Australian orders) can be returned within 14 days of receiving the item for a Store Credit. We offer an extended 21 days on all international orders. We don't offer refunds on change of mind or incorrect sizing purchases. Sale items are final therefore we do not offer credits or refunds so please choose carefully.

You’ll just need to cover the postage to send it back to us.

The items must:

- be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.
- no smell of ladies perfume/deodorant so please take due care when trying on your order.

Please note that we cannot offer exchanges/returns on SALE items, makeup or jewellery items.

Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer. BTBC staff reserve the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in a new condition.

Returned items are processed within 3 working days from us receiving your item/s. Once we receive your return, you will then be emailed with your Store Credit.

Due to the popularity of our range we cannot guarantee that we will have a different size in stock to exchange. For this reason any returns will automatically be issued as a Store Credit that will allow you to choose a different item or the same item, provided it is available.

You can post back the item to the address on your package or email us for our address.

Your credit does not expire and we email you your unique credit code to use for your next purchase which you can put towards anything you like.

Please also note you can not use your store credit in conjunction with any other advertised offer on our website. 



FAULTY ITEMS

All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to customers to ensure a high level of quality in the garments you purchase from us.

In the instance a faulty item is received, we will offer our customer a refund on return postage and once we receive the item, we offer our customers a store credit or a replacement item if we have one in stock. 

If we do not have the same style and size available, we offer a refund for the item.

Please note all accessories featured with the items we sell online are sold separately unless stated otherwise.

 PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Please understand pre-order orders are nonrefundable. This is because most for pre-order styles online are made to order. If you no longer need the specific style, we are happy to change the item you have ordered to a different item or provide you with a store credit (that will not expire) to put towards something else at a later date.
